MTSC Masters' 2011 Holiday Workout Schedule

  • Monday, 12/19--Weights 5:30 a.m.
  • Tuesday, 12/20--Swim workouts--5:30-6:30 am and 6:30-7:30 am (no 8:15 am or 6:30 pm)
  • Wednesday, 12/21: Swim for Wed group from 5:30-6:30 am
  • Thursday, 12/22: Swim workouts at 5:30-6:30 am, 6:30-7:30 am and 6:30-7:30 pm (no 8:15 am workout)
  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday--CLOSED
  • Monday, 12/26--No weights!!!
  • Tuesday, 12/27--5:30-6:30 am and 6:30-7:30 am (no 8:15 am or 6:30 pm)
  • Wednesday, 12/28 -- No 5:30 am workout
  • Thursday, 12/29--5:30-6:30 am and 6:30-7:30 am (no 8:15 am or 6:30 pm)
  • Saturday, 12/31--100 x 100s will begin promptly at 8:00 am regardless of pace
